      Pros

      If you want to be on the leading edge of commercial satellite development this is the place to be. The company is made up of some of the smartest most gifted individuals in the industry with diverse backgrounds, I’ve worked for a lot of other “big contractor” companies and I’ve never enjoyed my work as much as I do every day at York.

      Cons

      Nothing to really lost here, not being able to use the front door is a little on the micro managing side but there’s no difference between the front or back doors at the Willow office.

      Pros

      Great place for an excellent work/life balance. Great pay and benefits. Growing company where employees are valued and innovative thinking is encouraged. Company culture is great and driven by the team's shared belief in the importance of the work.

      Cons

      Commute to and from downtown can be frustrating at times but the positives far outweigh this minor inconvenience!

      Pros

      Even though York is growing and hiring a ton of new people, it still has a small company feel. Getting to work on important satellite missions for our customers makes each work day a meaningful experience. On a side note, we do a lot cool stuff like happy hours, company picnics, game night, etc. Very cool, fun vibe here.

      Cons

      Only "con" is having to prioritize all the different programs we are working on. I feel like we were stretched a bit thin earlier in the year, but management has been very active in hiring more so the workload is getting spread out.
