Pros

Strong R&D and cutting edge algorithm to base the company product. Plus flexible and very at home family like atmosphere in the work place.

Cons

Due to a rapid growth of the company, there seems to be a little confusions within the company structure, but I believe it shall be settled in no time, not a big deal.
