Pros

Work at home, no employer, easy, build up an audience, there is a possibilty that your video could go viral making you a lot of money, and you can make as many or little videos as you want. There is no limit.

Cons

The amount of income you get from this job is based on your amounts of views. Unless you are one of the top 100 youtubers, your going to have to build up an audience to get the views.

Pros

Forward thinking management, Google like philosophy. As a software engineer the job has a significant impact on the company, the product, and the world in general. Job satisfaction and team mentality is generally high among engineers.

Cons

Hard work, but worth it if you put in the effort.

Pros

Fun environment, fun people, smart people, fun atmosphere.

Cons

Not much room for advancement even if you do your job well. Once you are in the role it is typically to be stuck doing that role unless you go to grad school or whatnot.
