Pros

You get to interact with people on a daily basis and get to create you're own schedule essentially. Very hard job but really good.

Cons

You have to work a lot of nights which can be really hard, especially with a family. Fundraising your salary isn't too fun either.

Pros

Great leadership. Wonderful people to be around. Good training and support. Wonderful outreach ministry to youth. They know how to earn the right to be heard.

Cons

Not very many cons really. You have to raise your own support which is a lot of work but strengths your faith.
