      Pros

      Leading is a very fulfilling experience with eternal relevance. It's a tremendously fun job quite often. There is lots of room to be creative! It is tremendously exciting seeing high school students meet or grow closer to Christ & getting to walk with them in their pursuit of Him.

      Cons

      COntact work can be very time-consuming. Kids can be some times frustrating, and certainly emotionally trying at times.
