Front - lines mission Organization mission driven for 60 years Training is great. All field staff are put in a position to use and develop executive level skills from day one. Benefits are great. Famiy is valued. My job has purpose.

Cons

If do not have a good regional director this job can be difficult.

Great community workplace with a lot of flexibility to try out different positions. Top of the line benefits, which makes up for the lack of pay.

Cons

You dont' get paid too much. And you have to deal, from time to time, with outrageous requests. Sometimes you're isolated because you work in rural areas.
