Pros

The NW Division is awesome. The leadership team is committed to developing leaders that are emotionally intelligent, trauma informed, and equipped to lead their area with success. I felt encouraged and supported by the regional team. I felt fully equipped to do my job well.

Cons

They are a rapidly growing organization that is not just trying to keep up but stay ahead of the curve. They are clearly going through growing pains in regards to technology (SaaS), diversity, and management. In some ways, I felt like they are barreling through the changes at a faster pace than people are able to handle.
