Pros

Benefits are great and the flexible schedule is hard to beat. Meaningful work that allows for a lot of autonomy and creativity.

Cons

No standard for management or supervision. A lot of the culture and health of a staff person depends on who the RD is and how that person is steering the culture of the region.
