Pros

My boss was incredible and I had a great deal of flexibility and autonomy. The work that the company does is very valuable. I had an exempt level position and was compensated fairly. However, the caseworkers were not and they did the lions share of the work.

Cons

High turnover due to the high stress, thankless job the case workers do. The owner cares more about the bottom line than the folks in the offices working to increase it.

Pros

Upper management gets promoted quickly. Holidays coincide with government holidays.

Cons

Hard work gets you no where. They promote rampant discrimination and if you complain due to harassment, racial slurs, fat shaming, or ethnic background, young and Williams promotes retaliation. If you file complaint for the above mentioned, young and Williams will make your life a living hell and it's ok your discriminated.
