I have nothing but good things to say about YPTC. They truly value their employees and it shows with the benefits and perks, as well as how you are treated. This is honestly the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

In order to keep client satisfaction high, it sometimes feel like the quality control reviews are too nit picky. It is a small price to pay when considering the pros.

They say work-life balance of their staff is their #1 priority, but at the end it all comes down to profit. They squeeze every billable hour out of every engagement. Their hourly rates are high which puts Associates under high pressure, but they pay less than a third of their rates to their staff.
