Pros

There are opportunities to receive licensure supervision and further your education. I love working with children, families, and community stakeholders.

Cons

You are sent out into the field with no training. They promote people prematurely due to the high turnover rate which results in incompetent leadership. They claim you have a flexible schedule but they want to know where you're at 24 hours of the day. The expectations are unrealistic. You spend hours meeting with families, hours driving, and are then expected to meet 24 hour documentation deadlines before midnight. You are on call 24 hours a day. It is impossible to have a life outside of this job because they expect you to always be available. This job has negatively impacted my relationship with my family and significant other. Too much work for very little pay.

Pros

You get to make a change in a kids life

Cons

You work 16hour shifts on the weekends.... Compensation should be more than what they pay you... The job is very abusive... There is no work and personal life balance

Pros

The Clients and a few of the coworkers

Cons

Cliques, Overworked and the only people that give the company high marks are not in the field. Lot's of promises made to employees and are then redacted. Promises of support made to clients, but then it falls on the clinicians to follow through with little to no support from the company. 60 hour work weeks are not appropriate when doing clinical work. Extremely high turnover and very few trained clinicians, including those in supervisory levels.
