Pros

Yrefy does a great job and balancing pushing its operations to be excellent and profitable, while still providing a great culture. Leadership genuinely cares about people and numbers, something that other companies can struggle with balancing the two priorities.

Cons

It’s true across all companies, but important departments often don’t align with the main focus and seem to have conflicting agendas. This leads to unnecessary work and frustration.

Pros

Easy sell Free Friday Lunch Free Health Care

Cons

Micromanaging Lack of professionalism Lack of skill and knowledge of sales. Leadership in sales lack sales skills and experience they do not have true sales experience. There are no SOPs and they lack consistency on procedure and how things are done. Some processes they have in place are not efficient and technology is outdated. This place is very unorganized and unprofessional and are not adept in how to manage a sells floor, and they lack leadership ability, they lead based on how they feel about you, meaning it depends on if they like you or not. I notice they hire a certain type of person, one they feel they can control as you must learn to think like them to get along. This place is heavily affiliated with TPUSA and are huge supporters of the organization, so tread lightly. If you are looking for diversity in a workplace you may want to continue with your employment search you will not find that here.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. While we’re pleased to hear that you found aspects of the role rewarding—such as the sales opportunity, benefits, and team lunches—we also recognize that your experience raised serious concerns, and we do not dismiss that perspective. Yrefy is a growing organization, and with growth comes the responsibility to continually strengthen leadership practices, operational consistency, and internal processes. We acknowledge that scaling a sales organization requires clear SOPs, effective training, modern tools, and leaders who are equipped to coach, support, and lead with professionalism. These are areas we actively review and invest in as part of our long-term strategy. We want to be clear that Yrefy is committed to operating as a professional, inclusive, and merit-based workplace. We do not support favoritism, bias, or management decisions based on personal relationships, nor do we expect employees to “fit a mold” to be successful here. Our hiring and leadership decisions are driven by role requirements, performance expectations, and business needs, and we continue to refine those standards as the company evolves. Feedback—especially when it is candid—helps us identify where we must improve. We regularly evaluate leadership effectiveness, training programs, technology, and organizational structure, and we engage third-party resources where appropriate to ensure we are building a sustainable, well-run organization that supports both employees and customers. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you success in your future career. — Yrefy Leadership Team

Pros

You are changing people's life in this role. It's sales but there is ample opportunity to make great commission as well. Like in any sales job you get out of it what you put into it. YES the benefits are great, but the reason people stay is because this company truly cares about improving or helping its clients and employees

Cons

No cons from me right now
