      Base salary was average overall depending on location.. but the bonus program was good to above average

      Pros

      Decent position overall to learn about the industry. Ability to work with all levels of transporation domestically and in Canada and Mexico. Regional offices work well with other locations. Company benefits were good

      Cons

      Corporate managers have a few favorite people and is not really to concerned about how the individual offices work overall. Ability to move up from your current position is very limited overall. Branch managers ride the gravy train and act as if they know more than everyone else in the office.
