Loyalty means absolutely nothing here. The more loyal you become, the more misery and punishment you will endure.

Cons

- The fear of layoffs is completely unbearable here. - People get fired for being too loyal or not loyal enough. - There is no logic or fairness. - Anyone can be thrown out at any moment by the smug and heartless leadership. - No concern exists for how employees will survive afterward.

I used to think the company was resilient, but it is really the employees who are carrying everything and keeping it from falling apart.

Cons

It’s honestly shocking that this company is still running. With the number of complaints and legal issues raised over the past year, it feels like it should have already collapsed. Employees have endured pay cuts, removed benefits, and still been pushed into long hours without relief or recognition.
