      Pros

      There is an air of positivity in the office. Things are getting busy but that is good for business and all the people who work here. Management practices an open-door policy making it easier for us to submit feedback or recommendations. This environment makes it possible to improve work conditions across the company.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling at a company with a noble mission. It’s a collaborative team culture, where everyone is hardworking and passionate. There’s a lot of room for growth and professional development. Zum is solving a real problem for parents and a company that I’m proud to be a part of.

      Great benefits and paid holidays, flexible scheduling so there is a good work/life balance. The company has strong values and a positive mission that I’m proud to be a part of. People in the Management are supportive and friendly. Everything is well organized.
