      Pros

      Excellent work place, work life balance is supported, the company that is rising above at every level. Well maintained process, good training, clear responsibilities, my work isn’t giving me more than I can handle. So many things motivate me on a daily basis: I can work flexibly; great team, I appreciate the authenticity of our interactions; supportive management, I enjoy learning and professional development opportunities. Most importantly, I see a direct correlation between my work and the value it delivers, which provides me with a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

      Cons

      Nothing, but hard work and intelligence are expected from the first days, adopting a growth mindset is a right decision.

      Pros

      Zum is proactive to help employees live a better life, and consequently, perform better. The work environment is warm and welcoming as well as secure. The management is enhancing team cohesion and coordination, I’m motivated to try new things, learn and grow. Clear responsibilities, my daily work routine is pleasant and well organized. My work at Zum is part of my life, I appreciate my colleagues, work conditions, good salary, benefits. The best things about the job are flexibility, being able to see my progression and feeling supported. It’s about being in the moment and appreciating what you have.

      Cons

      I went through a burnout when I was very early in my career at Zum. Luckily, I have a great support system who remind me to stay health. Good time management skills are essential.
