Fast-growing company, fun and motivating atmosphere. At my first working day, people were friendly, the onboarding was professional and I discovered many things about the company and work process. Zum has a family-friendly culture, which dovetails with the company’s development goals. Learning and growth support, I have enough time to develop new capabilities and practice time management skills which are so important in my role. Mentorship, flexible and convenient schedule, exceptional pay, I'm fully adapted, integrated and gained loads of confidence in my job.

Cons

It’s not always easy for women with small children to enjoy work pursuits. Yet at Zum, the management understands the demands of family and a career, besides the company provides generous benefits for women in the workplace.

Zum has opened many doors for me, not just in terms of opportunities, but also meaningful relationships. Great, friendly colleagues. The company cultivates a stable, open and collaborative atmosphere that conveys confidence and supports professional growth. Our leadership requires people to make a decision, take action, to be the best they could be. Robust internal training system, this is a really good path to be a pro, it gives you everything you need to know.

Cons

Outdated health & safety instructions, workplace safety rules have not been fully updated, for new risks possible while working outside the home in lockdown.

Pros

I love work with my supportive colleagues. The management is diligent and provides good support to employees. They keep employees updated and informed. Zum invests in the health and safety of its employees. Most recently, their response to COVID-19 was really proactive. I really appreciate that so much thought and care was put into our health and wellbeing. There's an acceptable level of transparency, good training opportunities, work flexibility and I value all the support provided so much.

Cons

Zum’s internal policies (management system and requirements), it’s hard to be indifferent to them. Fortunately, not all politics are bad😊).
