Pros

Happy with the work environment, work-life balance, professional development support and compensation. Good opportunity for growth, professional, intelligent, hardworking colleagues with integrity for process, management and performance evaluation. I mostly work with the operations support tasks, those that most people will not see. In this particular role I enjoy the feeling of being responsible of the general process success. The company provides great support and benefits.

Cons

One challenge I faced - occasional cultural tensions, but I view such issues as a learning experience.

This was a breakthrough opportunity to have a hand in improving student transportation in the country and I simply couldn’t let it pass me by. Access to the latest in technology allow me to put out my best work. I also have an amazing team who works with me. I enjoy working here because the people all have a great sense of humor so even if our projects are serious, it never feels heavy. For a start-up, the salary is considerably high and even has an equity portion to it. The benefits are also complete and include Dental / Medical / vision benefits as well as PTO.

Cons

The firm operates at a high speed. But this is characteristic of any startup.
