People come to work determined to solve problems, provide reliable transportation and change our service for the better! It’s exciting to be a part of a company that’s in a rapid growth stage. There are unlimited opportunities for development and exploration within different departments company-wide. Hard work, curiosity and new ideas are both welcomed and recognized. Efforts have an immediate impact and rewarded. It feels awesome to be a part of something significant.

Zum is constantly seeking to expand beyond not just formal support but providing me with various professional development opportunities, I wouldn’t have otherwise gone for, helping me to develop in a variety of different ways. Integrity and honesty, the management is focused a lot on process improvements, good communication. We live by the “One Team” motto and my colleagues are very friendly. Good compensation, health protection, safety training. Overall, this experience is rewarding.

Cons

After a few challenging months in the beginning, I have adapted well and enjoy working here. Every day is a new challenge that inspires me.

Excellent work place, work life balance is supported, the company that is rising above at every level. Well maintained process, good training, clear responsibilities, my work isn’t giving me more than I can handle. So many things motivate me on a daily basis: I can work flexibly; great team, I appreciate the authenticity of our interactions; supportive management, I enjoy learning and professional development opportunities. Most importantly, I see a direct correlation between my work and the value it delivers, which provides me with a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Nothing, but hard work and intelligence are expected from the first days, adopting a growth mindset is a right decision.
