Pros

It is an exciting time to be working at Zum. I enjoy our transparent and collaborative culture, supportive environment, everyone in the team is considered equal. There is a wide variation of work that we do and my colleagues are always very happy to help answer any question. It is also a very friendly place to work with a flexible work schedule and good balance between work and social life. The leadership team cares about their employees: regular pay review, good benefits.

Cons

Employees are provided with on-site training, but some specific training needs are to be further identified. No other cons here.

Pros

Dynamic community, good colleagues, I enjoy working with a creative and passionate team. Good training and support provided from the first months of my work. At Zum, we work effectively for people. We're growing fast and I definitely like what I'm doing, the company and my co-workers have given me a lot of support in the process. The leadership team is very transparent in communication, sharing company plans, metrics, board decks in weekly All Hands meetings. Clearly defined career development opportunities, salary and benefits are competitive.

Not for me. I like to work hard and be on a winning team.

Easy and safe while in college. A lot of the kids were respectful and made sure they were easy to find when I picked them up.

Cons

The maps would sometimes lead me wrong places, and staff could be hard to get a hold of.
