I really enjoy working with children at Zūm, it is a great and growing company with good conditions: - work flexibility that allows me to schedule my day - health protection that the company provides And, it doesn’t stop with the general arrangements, it is also the people and their way of working – truly a collaborative group who work hard and go the extra mile to do the right thing to get the results. Good compensation and especially well-designed benefits are impressive. I feel supported and protected by the company.

It's a good place and it has a very happy atmosphere. The company do everything in order to provide a job security during the pandemic; good rapport—a friendly atmosphere of trust—with the people I work, I enjoy interact with others. The management supports learning, great culture where everyone—regardless of what they look like or where they come from—has the capability to unlock new skills and claim new opportunities.
