      Pros

      Young company but growing by leaps and bounds, making everybody enthusiastic and excited about the company’s future. I know most of the employees and they’re a jolly bunch. I have a good working relationship with my boss and we can talk about things openly. The company’s technological infrastructure is up-to-date and this is great for software-heavy jobs like mine. We have an unlimited vacation policy which is cool. Compensation is competitive and has an equity portion. We also have dental, medical, and vision benefits.

      Cons

      Not really a con but it’s a growing company and the number of employees and contractors are increasing. This translates to more work for me. Not that I’m complaining though because this is my job.

      Pros

      Clarity is valued at Zum, together we got through and overcame the internal challenges. Robust finance procedures, efficient model where cash is collected quicker (through a stronger invoicing process). Good communication with the leadership team, clear work expectations, role profiles are updated annually. Hardworking and collaborative team, work without wasted time, it’s really well for me.

      Cons

      Zum environment is a fast-paced yet very supportive. Financial controlling can be stressful, with plenty of challenges, the range of tasks I’m involved in now really varies but that suits me.

      Pros

      Robust induction. Every engineer at Zum goes through a two-week onboarding process and it was tremendously helpful. Friendly colleagues, the atmosphere of appreciation and team work. Well-designed work process, the culture of cooperation, open communication and flexibility. Our manager listens to the employees’ concerns, ensuring alignment between work assignments and personal goals. I can honestly say that Zum provides really good conditions, compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      The hiring process was a little bit chaotic, but it was not a great disadvantage. I consider myself to be quite good professional, so my confidence was not affected.
