Pros

Zūm is a company that is growing in consumer trust and demand and so there are a lot of opportunities for scaling. People are motivated and personally, I feel that I’m really making significant contributions to the company’s growth. And it’s even nicer that Management gives us recognition for the work that we do. The team spirit within my department and across the company as a whole makes me feel good about working here. Overall atmosphere is happy and this makes for a productive work environment. I can see that the company’ future is promising and so is mine.

Cons

None worth mentioning. The positives far outweigh the negatives.

Pros

With its ridesharing platform, Zūm has disrupted student transportation, albeit in a good way. The company has accomplished a lot in such a short time. But there is still more that needs to be done. And I’m confident that we can do this because of the great interdepartmental collaboration that we have in place. With Management that is supportive of career development, employee morale is on an all-time high. Perks include equity as well as dental, medical, and vision benefits.

Cons

Things move fast and there are some things you cannot control, especially when it comes to outsourced services.

Truly benefit from the dedication to mission and expertise of the leaders. We belong to a great community where we support and thrive together. The impact we provide for the children, customer experience, through the improved tech is something to be proud of. As teamwork and cooperation allows us to truly maintain a great trajectory, we also appreciate the support of the management that keeps us going.

I think there are no cons, everything is transparent, also, you cannot be lazy around here.
