Pros
Great location, extremely good health care, good overall coworkers that are passionate about the projects they are on.
Cons
Very low pay for the industry. Senior management is a complete disaster that change their minds on a near daily basis. CEO is paranoid and vengeful towards those that don't agree with him - nearly the entire executive team has changed in the past 12 months. In the 18 months here I've been on multiple projects that have been changed 180 degrees or just flat out canceled on a moment's notice.

Pros
Was able to have an impact on major decisions within the company/games.
Cons
Company politics was a nightmare. The executive team was never on the same page. Information did not disseminate properly to those whose needed it. Decisions were made, then changed, then made again. No work/life balance. Awful compensation compared to other gaming companies in the area. The culture at the company has taken a turn for the worst in the last few months.
