      Supportive colleagues. That's it. Yup.

      Cons

      - Stingy management that refuses to hire more technicians and staff when it's clearly needed. Only recently hired a 2nd HR staff member when the company's been around in Sydney since the 60s. Not sure how they've been managing in between - Very high stress levels and workload on all engineers, service admin and salespeople as a result of understaffing - Incompetent salespeople with unreasonable demands at short notice - Below average salary given the workload - Barely any career growth - High turnover as a result of all of the above
