Good technologies and company branding. Decent remuneration and benefits.

Cons

Toxic behaviour exists with people gossiping behind your back. Workload may not be evenly distributed and superior does not make an effort to look into what is happening on the ground. Majority of co-workers are not as helpful as they seem.
