Fair-ish pay if you are willing to cimmute from cheaper area Has an established Human Factors Team

Cons

HR department is not reliable. Policies in their handbook are not consistent and contradict benefits documentation. Little to no help with medical exemption documentation. Constant unprofessionalism from project managers. Makes company-wide policy changes with 2 weeks notice. Possible retaliatory environment.

Poor high level management, totally unaware and/or dismissive of internal issues and lack of willingness to see and address problems. Headquarters in Germany refuses to address issues even though they are fully aware of them.

Cons

Team is suffering from ux immaturity and lacks the necessary industry experience and knowledge. I recommend going elsewhere if you are looking to grow in your career and climb the corporate ladder because this might not be the best place.
