      Benefits were good, can’t say much else.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible with management allowed to “punch down” and aren’t held accountable. They also promote based on tenure versus talent. The former CFO said that the division manager was hired “because it was the only application received” in a department meeting and I was told by both my manager and hers that “they don’t read emails”.
