      Very slow moving, so you have a great work-life balance

      Truly horrendous working culture, German colleagues are totally unchecked don't do much and are eager to rely on bureaucracy. Out of touch management with no checks and balances, truly a top down organization Teams are super siloed Pay is so extremely low Near zero room for career growth Palpable ageismThe work culture here is truly horrendous. My German colleagues are unchecked and don't contribute much, relying heavily on bureaucracy. The management is out of touch and there are no checks and balances. It's a top-down organization, with teams being super siloed. The pay is extremely low, and there's almost no room for career growth. Ageism is also a big problem here.
