Co-Workers were great and very knowledgeable. Easy enough to find. Zeiss itself may be a good company to work for.

Cons

The management teams for the data entry area have no clue as to what their people do or do not do. They put so much work load on one person and expect it to accomplished whether humanly possible or not.

Smart colleagues. Did not have to go into office. Has reasonable control of own schedule to meet with customers. Superior microscope technology.

Cons

A typical day start from 7 am and doesn't end till after 9 pm. Travel was about 85%, although I was told to expect 30-50%. No training or time to learn on the job. I was expected to know everything/figure it out myself from the start. Commission calculation and records were not transparent at all. Because a majority of the colleagues are in the field, there tends to be problems with communication and there's a lot of words of mouth, without knowing the truth.
