Pros
great benefits, HR manger very pleasant and helpful, clean environment. Hours are good, Earn vacation time every month, sick time also accrued monthly. Employees were my favorite part of the day. Holidays off.
Cons
Pay could be better, pay raises are very weak. Upper management or corporate does not listen to other employees ideas. If employee comes up with a good idea corporate does not listen. Few months down corporate will come up with same idea and will use it. Don't bother trying to help upper management as they won't listen if they don't come up with it first. Impossible to get promoted. Low moral and zero communication. Job security is there is none.
