Decent pay for mid to upper management. Work / Life Balance is good

Cons

Chaotic. Difficult culture for non-Germans. Poor communication from Germany, and zero collaboration among US businesses. Everyone is on their own re: learning best practices. Very resistant to adding headcount, which leads to burn-out for survivors. Not enough people or robust systems to implement ever-increasing demands of bureaucracy in Oberkochen

Everything else. It's the worst place to work (morale, outlook for future, management communication) I've ever experienced in over 35 years in the workforce.
