The benefits were fantastic. Tuition Reimbursement

Cons

Very negative attitudes of employees in the warehouse. Everyone always felt like they were owed. Shipping and Inventory managers were very lazy and two faced. Always had favorite employees.

Pros

Best products in its class, good engineering, A small majority of the people really care about the success of the company. Not too many competitors due to the niche in which the company operates. Offers lots of training, spends lots of money on perks.

Cons

Poor management decisions at all levels including HR, IT, Sales. Executive. Bonuses based an volume targets, not on actual good work or customer satisfaction. Continued loss of market share eroding cash balance but spending on ineffective proposals continues. Best employees seem to find other employment, leaving only mid level quality people to run the ship. Marketing needs new direction as money is spent on poor advertising campaigns.
