Pros
Pros include great health care and other insurance benefits along with 401K and the opportunity to work within a global company with great brand recognition and trendsetting technology. The people are also positive -- making the right alignments with like-minded people helps to achieve things collaboratively.
Cons
As with some global companies it's difficult to get things done internally. You sometimes have to play the waiting game and wait for approval from the parent company. This means projects that should take minimal time end up taking months to accomplish.
