      Good Equipment, Learn new technology, improve by yourselve, know the real need of your customers. good knowledge in applications more that the sales team. travel

      Cons

      no program to professional grow up. Very close sales team just friend from the same school. no salary increase each year, no compensation for working in weekends and holidays. no care if you have many years or if you are very expertise. Managers hired from competitors companies. they do not trust in their own personel

      Pros

      You can make a great income at Carl Zeiss once you learn the equipment and get a reputation in your area.

      Cons

      They change their commission compensation plan every year.... and you spend half the year trying to figure it out, and half the year pushing products that you normally wouldn't sell to a client so you can maximize your personal compensation in terms of commission.
