      Pros

      It is a great place to work at. Carl Zeiss has a lot of engeneers that work for the company over 10 years.

      Cons

      Management stuctures tent to be quite steep so it is relativly had to climb up the latter but people at the basis are just great.

      Pros

      The company does pay higher than average salaries versus other companies. They also invest heavily in training their employees. It's definitely a company with very strong values and ethics.

      Cons

      There are some cons to the company such as having limited career advancement path. Management team needs to communicate more with their employees.
