Wonderful colleagues. Talented, nice, friendly people. Diversity is great in technical individual contributor roles. Great place to go if you are close to retiring.

Cons

- Upper management is a strategic mess. - Slow decision making. - No clear path for career growth, promotion or salary increments. - The higher you look in the management hierarchy, the white-er and male-er it gets.
