Essentially get to run your own business. I feel like my manager Tim truly cares about my success and doesn't micromanage. Un capped commission, car allowance, and room for growth.

Cons

No cons with company, but wish I would have negotiated my salary better with my recruiter. But I'm still so very happy to work here!

Time off, company vacations, medical benefits. interesting technology, great corporate marketing. strong leadership and commitment of staff in HQ - Germany. Strong international brand.

former strong company is USA is shell of what it formerly was. Loss of key business due to market contributions and poor management in USA. NY corporate office is in shambles with low morale and high turnover. Major change in leadership from NY to CA - resulting in power struggles and lack of direction of business.talented people are having their talents wasted. petty power struggles by management is resulting in conflicting priorities and paralysis of business. people are afraid for their jobs and will not speak up due to toxic work environment including retaliation by management. good people are heading for the exits resulting in impossible expectation of workload for remaining staff.
