New Sales Leadership does not lead by example. We do not get appropriate training or resources to meet the growth demanded by the company. Products not available for shipping. Myriad of problems swept under the rug. No pros.

Cons

Not focused on developing sales org. They try to only hire people with industry experience but it comes with bad habits and unwillingness to ask questions. The professional is lacking in every. single. region.
