Pros
I worked in the commercial steering side. Interesting work, a lot of challenging intellectually stimulating projects. Good pay and benefits, 3 weeks of vacation, plenty of sick time off.
Cons
Management was demanding, juggle multiple projects at once. Time lines are strict and sometimes unrealistic. There has been a reorganization and new management is coming in so things may be changing.
