      Small team at at large company: everything comes with the territory

      Pros

      The small teams are very effective and welcoming, with decent flexibility on hybrid work. Financial benefits are good, though salaries are typical for a supplier rather than an OEM. There is a generally good work-life balance and amenities.

      Cons

      As it's a giant company, the upper management and its decisions are opaque and nonnegotiable. This includes changes to the hybrid work model as well as being slow to adjust compensation for inflation, to the point of ignoring that question when it is repeatedly brought up in meetings and discussions. Health benefits are OK but not great.

      Pros

      Technology, worldwide presence, many opportunities of relocation, top 3 biggest automotive supplier, good place to learn, high skilled professionals.

      Cons

      Red Tapes, not real will to change status quo, bad recognition, stressfull environment, too political company in terms of hierarchy, big difference in payment among the different levels, just ordinary benefits nothing special, bad retention of professionals, poor HR practicies, understaffed.
