      Pros

      Compensation is competitive. The work is fairly interesting as ZF is a large tier 1 supplier. Good work-life balance with a regular WFH policy.

      Cons

      Company is slow to develop it's employees. Vague guidelines for guiding employees on how to progress in their career within ZF. Little opportunity take on new challenges/roles. Loss of younger talent makes this apparent.
