      Pros

      Teams are spread across the globe but online teamwork is great and plenty of opportunities to travel to locations. Flexibility at work is great and managers are very supportive.

      Clean and Organized place to work, Great time off plan.

      Cons

      The massive changes to the automotive industry and the constant trying to appease employees that work from home has left all of the "essential" employees that had to work in the building in the dust. High degree of turnover and disgruntled employees. The health care benefits are basically useless if you want to see a well doctor or holistic care you will pay for everything out of pocket.
