10 days of vacation are standard if you are new in the company, but you can buy up to +5 more days. Also, shutdown in December for the holidays are given, so extra 5 days. Total of 20 days off.
Cons
White-male dominate. Employees usually stay for decades in the same role, so someone ambitious that wants to get promoted and make jumps quickly or even making a lateral movement internally to a different position will get discourage by the culture.
