Horrible HR don’t ever ask for a raise ! You will be fired!! Your title will change a million times! You will always be denied of growth within the company no matter how long you have been there! Not all management is terrible but there is terrible management!!!!!!

Hotheaded manager who seems to be hungover more than not who cannot have a normal conversation and expects total recall off the top of your head from events that happened several months earlier, no support on critical program issues, plays blame games and has a so called program manager just like him, both very immature. There is also no training to speak of when coming into this job. You are on your own to figure out their systems and how they do things which is the most convoluted way of doing business I have ever witnessed and they are arrogant enough to think it works. It doesn't, it's broken and has failed. The Germans who were part of this team are good people, helpful, supportive. ZF/TRW NAO is a Hostile workplace. They are lucky they are not being sued. As far as corporate values, they do things for communities and on the world stage but talk a good game to their employees whose managers think they own them and no longer have a life. Stay away... There are much better places to work than here.
