      Pros

      Dont take long to top out and most people are nice . They have alot of felons working there to keep pay rate down. And benefits at bare minimum .

      Cons

      Upper management is very greedy and dont care about competitive wages . The are alot of employees quiting every week and next contract it will problebly worst place to work in Lafayette area .

      Pros

      Good work atmosphere, flexible hours, great place to build ones self. Management is very supportive

      Cons

      TRW management has a very lean operations practice. Most departments do not have enough personel to support product without people feeling overwhelmed. Maybe as ZF continues to take over more operations,things will change.

      Pros

      This is my first job, and I was hired after graduating college with no job/internship experience -- I like that they give young engineers a chance here. I work with a great group of like-minded engineers in my age range who all have similar interests, hobbies, and good work ethic. To me, this is more important than making a little more money somewhere else. Also, Less than 6 months after I was hired on full time, I was sent to Germany for 2 weeks for training/networking.

      Cons

      This facility is relatively young, and is still in its growing stages; thus, sometimes I have to be a jack of all trades to get done what needs to be done. Due to the rapid rate of growth there are some issues with company organization/communication which are still being ironed out, but I am optimistic that in time the company will become more mature and well-established.
