Nice work environment. Lots of really smart, experienced and intelligent people as mentors. Young engineers have great talent. Pay is at or above market. Technology is market leading. Flexible working hours. Free coffee.

Cons

Lab need some desperate updates and upgrades. Office gym need basic upgrades.
