      Laid off employees without fair severance citing Kleinbetrieb

      Pros

      Pay was ok. Decent autonomy.

      Cons

      Management actively reduced head count and employed more freelancers specifically to be able to fire people without Kündigungsschutz. Used it for layoffs with minimal severance. Unnecessarily threatened employees with legal action. Nights and Weekends on-call without pay.

      management and they refuse to run the ac at a comfortable temperature.

      Never saw any pros in this company

      Cons

      - Unusal firing of people after putting them in PIP as the manager has his favourites and benefits the same. - Too much office politics - No systematic work flow - No space for employees to sit, you have to book your seat and then come to office as if it’s a train seat
