      Not any I can think of except a paycheck

      Cons

      Treats employees differently even though they do same job some people get raises every year some do not get one in 5 years. Always threatening to terminate because we are at will employees. People they like get lot of overtime people they do not like get 40 hours

      In simple words.. the company will not be able to put your salary or hike in time! so just think of the capabilities of the current management people. totally incompetent people sitting in the management. No proper process for literally anything and everything.
