No management. Workplace is extremely outdated and a lot of older people counting down their days until retirement. Most managers are managers due to seniority but aren’t much of leaders.

- Worst management, many decisions unjustifiable - 9.5 HOURS OF WORKING TIME, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE - HR doesn't support employees, instead they are puppets of management; when you ask tough questions only answer you get is 'thats what guidelines say' which are somewhere in their head (not documented) - Poor communication skills of HR and recruitment team - Company has no guidelines yet for appraisal - Internal employees in Finance are Most Arrogant - Only criteria to be considered as an efficient employee is whether you belong to this part of India or not - Worst place chosen for an office bldg, and maybe the city also *** IMP: ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE EITHER WRITTEN BY HR OR BY EMPLOYEES WHO ARE FORCED TO DO IT.
